One Vision,
Many Voices.

Our 2025 theme is “One Vision, Many Voices.” This is more than just a theme—it is a celebration of who Clarity is and how we succeed as a globally connected, tech-driven team. It reflects our commitment to uniting diverse perspectives under a shared purpose and ensuring we are aligned around one clear mission and vision. Our goal is to highlight how every voice contributes to Clarity’s future. Together, we will explore how collaboration, ownership, and global partnership continue to drive our success.

Summit FAQs

How were the times in the agenda chosen?

Session and activity times were set to align with typical working hours while also accommodating our global team. We recognize that the schedule may feel early or late depending on your location, but it was important to bring everyone “together” as much as possible given our new global footprint.

Will the presentations be recorded?

Yes. All presentations will be recorded and available for later viewing.

Do remote team members on the West Coast have to start their day at 6:00 a.m.?

No. West Coast team members may join at 7:00 a.m. and watch the two earlier sessions later in the day at a more convenient time.

Is transportation arranged for in-person team members in India?

Yes. Because the summit days end late, we will provide transportation home for anyone who needs it. A survey has been sent to confirm who requires car service and who will use public transportation.

What is the culinary team-building activity?

In-person teams in Mesa, Woodbridge, and Hyderabad will participate in an offsite culinary event. The U.S. teams will prepare an India-inspired meal, while the Hyderabad team will prepare an American-themed meal.

Will transportation be provided for the culinary activity?

Yes. In India, transportation will be provided to and from the event. U.S.-based team members may drive themselves, carpool with colleagues, and head home directly after the event.

How are teams assigned for activities?

Teams are intentionally mixed across departments to encourage cross-functional collaboration and bonding.

Is attendance required?

Yes. Unless you have pre-approved vacation, attendance is required. Remote employees are expected to join all sessions and participate in virtual team-building events. Employees who normally work remotely but live near an office are expected to be on-site Monday and Tuesday during summit week.

How will call center coverage be managed?

Since summit activities overlap with call center hours, coverage will be reduced. The plan is to stagger participation and, if necessary, close briefly (45–60 minutes) with clear communication to clients. Service leadership will provide the finalized plan directly to impacted team members.

What is the dress code?

Business casual for all sessions. For team-building activities, comfortable clothing is recommended.

Will meals be provided?

Yes. Meals and refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees, with accommodations for dietary restrictions. Please share any allergies or preferences in advance if you haven’t already.

Will there be opportunities for Q&A with leadership?

Yes. Several sessions will include open Q&A time with leadership, and you are encouraged to submit questions in advance as well.

Will session materials be shared afterward?

Yes. All decks and supporting materials will be made available following the summit.

How can I stay connected and share updates during the summit?

We will provide a dedicated Teams channel for photos, reflections, and highlights.
