Eddie Larned is the Senior Vice President of Sales at Clarity Benefit Solutions, where he leads the company's national sales organization and oversees sales strategy and performance across the United States. With more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, Eddie has built a strong reputation for driving growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and cultivating lasting partnerships with brokers and industry partners.
After graduating from Iona College in 2011, Eddie began his career as a Sales and Enrollment Specialist at Choice Strategies, a consumer benefits TPA based in Waterbury Center, Vermont, supporting the New York metropolitan region. Following Choice Strategies' acquisition by WageWorks, he was promoted to Account Executive, serving as Sales Representative for Northern New Jersey and New York.
In 2016, Eddie joined Beneflex — later rebranded as Clarity Benefit Solutions — as a Regional Sales Manager, expanding Clarity's presence in New York through broker and general agent partnerships. In 2021, he was promoted to Vice President of Broker Sales, and in 2024, to Senior Vice President of Sales, where he now leads Clarity's entire national sales organization.
Eddie resides in Westchester County, New York with his wife and children. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Meredith Laroe is a compliance and benefits expert with over 15 years of experience in Consumer Benefits, COBRA, and Employee Benefits Administration. As Director of Corporate Compliance & Global Operations at Clarity Benefit Solutions, she oversees regulatory compliance and global training. A proven leader, she has driven key improvements, including boosting NPS scores from -8 to 55 and claims accuracy from 60% to 98.8%.
Meredith holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Champlain College, is certified in Flexible Compensation and COBRA Administration, and excels in tools like Salesforce and Employee Navigator.
